PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  1. Payment in full: 5% discount if paid in full by Friday, July 11, 2025. (Discount on tuition only)

  2. Payment in two equal installments with drafts on Friday, July 11, 2025 and Friday, January 9, 2026.

  3. 10-month bank draft: August-May*

  4. 12-month bank draft: June-May*

*MONTHLY METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Bank Draft on 5th or 20th of each month. (Tuition, Educational Tools Fees, and Building Pledge only)   

*Patrons with continually delinquent accounts will be subject to make tuition payments in full.

CURRENT PATRONS

Priority Enrollment for Current Patrons begins on Monday, January 27th.
Early Registration Fee for Current Patrons:  $200 per student from Monday, January 27, 2025 to Thursday, March 6, 2025 (non-refundable).
Registration fees will increase to $400 per student after March 6, 2025 (non-refundable).

*Current and New Patrons registering more than two children will have the enrollment fees for the additional children rolled into their tuition payments for ease and convenience. Please email macommunication@manchesteracademy.org to setup your account for only two children's enrollment fees.

NEW PATRONS
New Student Application Fee: $50 per student (non-refundable)
New Student Enrollment will open Monday, February 10, 2025. Enrollment Fee for New Families: $200 per student (non-refundable).

Enrollment Fees will increase to $400 per student after Thursday, March 6, 2025 (non-refundable).

EDUCATIONAL TOOLS FEES:

          $150.00 per student - Grades 2K - 4K

          $350.00 - Grades 5K - 6th

          $500.00 - Grades 7th - 12th

(Educational Tool Fees include books, online textbooks, subscriptions, devices, software subscriptions and technological infrastructure tools to enhance the educational experience for our students.)

BUILDING PLEDGE:
All Manchester Academy families are required to pay a building pledge of $3,000.00. A $500.00 payment is due per year, for 6 years, beginning in 5K or the first year your child is enrolled in school. May be paid in monthly installments along with tuition.
Previously signed pledges will be honored.

OTHER FEES:
Fundraising Fee:  Mandatory $500.00 per year

Each family will receive raffle tickets that are mandatory to sell or purchase by Monday, December 1st. The drawing date will be Thursday, December 4th at the home basketball game.  The office will not accept partial ticket sales.  If all tickets are not sold, your account will be billed for the remaining tickets.  Thank you for your support with this board approved Manchester Academy Fundraiser.
